Job Purpose: At Denova, our Family Nurse Practitioners (FNPs) or Physician Assistants (PAs) - are at the forefront of integrated healthcare, delivering comprehensive, family-centered care across all stages of life. As a key member of our team, you will work autonomously and alongside other healthcare professionals, utilizing a whole-person approach that seamlessly blends primary care, behavioral health, addiction medicine, and wellness strategies.
What You Will Do:
- Comprehensive Care Management: Develop treatment plans for acute and chronic conditions, focusing on holistic patient outcomes.
- Preventive Health Education: Guide patients on disease prevention and healthy lifestyle choices to foster long-term wellness.
- Lifecycle Health Promotion: Adapt health strategies to accommodate the aging process.
- Diagnostic and Evaluation Expertise: Perform thorough exams and evaluations to diagnose and monitor health concerns.
- Prescriptive Authority: Utilize your expertise to prescribe medications effectively and safely.
- Leadership and Independence: Lead healthcare initiatives and manage patient care with autonomy.
What We Need From You:
- Master’s degree in nursing.
- Board-certified in Arizona as an RN or Nurse Practitioner, with current DEA and ANCC certifications.
- Proficient in electronic medical records.
- Current CPR and First Aid certifications and a valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance card.
- Preferred 1-3 years of relevant experience.
- Outstanding communication and time management skills.
- Proven leadership capabilities and the ability to work independently.
- Must have a recent TB test with negative results and Hep B vaccination.
Your Work Schedule:
Join us onsite for dynamic workdays. Choose between a 5x8 schedule (Monday through Friday) or a 4x10 schedule. Enjoy the flexibility of our hybrid model:
- 4 days onsite and 1 day of telehealth for the 5x8 schedule.
- 3 days onsite and 1 day of telehealth for those opting for the 4x10 schedule.
