Job Purpose: As the Manager of Culture and Marketing at Denova Collaborative Health, you will help shape both the employee experience and brand presence of our growing organization. This role is ideal for a strategic, hands-on leader who is passionate about building culture, strengthening engagement, and supporting marketing initiatives that drive connection, awareness, and growth.
In this role, you will partner closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to bring Denova’s mission, values, and brand to life through meaningful employee engagement efforts and strategic marketing support.
This is an exempt position and will report directly to the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO).
What You Will Do:
- Lead employee engagement initiatives that strengthen culture, connection, and overall employee satisfaction
- Support internal communication strategies and programs that promote transparency, alignment, and a positive employee experience
- Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to align culture, engagement, and marketing efforts with organizational goals
- Support marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, patient acquisition, and growth across current and emerging markets
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels
- Track performance metrics and help connect engagement and marketing initiatives to measurable outcomes
- Represent Denova at community events, clinic visits, and organizational initiatives as needed
- Travel locally and occasionally outside of Maricopa County to support events, engagement efforts, and content capture
- Other duties as identified or assigned.
What We Need From You:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, employee engagement, communications, or a related field.
- Strong experience in employee engagement, culture-building, or internal communications is highly preferred.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive results.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills with a focus on efficiency and accountability.
- Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to connect initiatives to measurable outcomes.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across all levels of the organization.
- Experience working cross-functionally and influencing stakeholders.
- Healthcare experience is a plus but not required.
Your Work Schedule:
- This role is based at our headquarters, with regular travel to clinic locations as needed.
- Monday – Friday, typically 8 AM – 5 PM, with flexibility for evenings, events, and occasional weekends.
- First 90 days onsite (Monday–Friday) at headquarters for onboarding and training.
- After 90 days: Hybrid schedule (Tuesday–Thursday onsite, Monday and Friday remote), with flexibility based on business needs and engagement activities.
