Independently Licensed Clinical Therapist- (Fully Remote)

To be considered for this position, you must possess a valid independent clinical therapist license in Arizona.
Job Purpose: As a Clinical Therapist with us, you'll deliver critical diagnostic assessments and tailored treatments to those facing mental and emotional challenges. Your role will be integral in counseling individuals and groups, focusing on prevention and addressing a wide array of mental health issues. You'll engage in essential functions like intake assessments, service planning, and crisis interventions, extending your impact by providing continuous therapy to individuals, families, groups, and couples.
Bonus Alert: Earn a Sign-On Bonus of up to $3,500, depending on your licensure type. Achieve this bonus by maintaining excellent attendance and performance within your first 90 days of employment!
Starting Salary: $80,000 with the potential for negotiation based on licensing credentials and relevant work experience.
What You Will Do:
- Collaborates with the patient and their natural supports to develop and implement an effective service plan. Takes time to explain the available clinical options to the patient and his/her natural supports and identify the advantages/disadvantages of the options.
- Provides clinically appropriate psychotherapy services in accordance with applicable ethical code(s), rules, and regulations.
- Serves as the point of contact for coordination and communication with other systems where clinical knowledge of the case is crucial.
- Assists in screening and coordinating integrated services for patients.
- Provides clinical oversight to ensure the provision of all covered services identified on the service plan; referrals to community services as appropriate; services and supports (as applicable) between inpatient and outpatient settings; and services and support as needed.
- Continuously evaluates the effectiveness of treatment through ongoing assessments of the patient and their natural supports, which may result in modifying the service plan as necessary.
- Participates in individual & group supervision that meets standards set by the AZ Board of Behavioral Health Examiners in accordance with organizational policy.
- Maintain client records

What We Need From You:
- A degree in Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or Social Work, with a zest for helping others.
- Current or pending Arizona license ( LPC, LCSW, LMFT, Psy.D ) with a commitment to ethical practice.
- Exceptional teamwork, communication, and multitasking skills, thriving in both independent and collaborative settings.
- Proficiency in mental health diagnosis, treatment, and evaluation, with an eye for detail.
- CPR/First Aid certification and a valid Arizona fingerprint clearance.
- A forward-thinking approach, welcoming the advantages of telehealth.
- Work within an EMR system, Advance MD preferred

Your Work Schedule:
- This position offers full remote work opportunities in select states within the United States, with the requirement of holding a valid Arizona state licensure. We provide flexible scheduling options to support your work-life balance:
- Option 1: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Option 2: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- Option 3: Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM
- Option 4: Tuesday to Friday, Saturday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
