Runner - Document Scanner

DeMontrond® Auto Group has an opening for a Document Scanner in our Accounting department. We just started the scanning process in the Accounting department, so this individual will assist in getting our current files scanned, as well as, any deals that come in. We offer an excellent team atmosphere with on the job training.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Accounting Entry Level position.
  • Automobile Dealership experience is preferred.
  • Valid driver's license is required
  • Running errands and picking up documents from all DeMontrond locations as needed.
  • Scan accounting records into the imaging system (CDK).
  • Attention to detail, as it’s important that all images are captured for record retention compliance.
  • Must follow detailed instructions as it pertains to indexing requirements.
  • Will be working independently.
  • Basic filing knowledge is required (to help understand paperless records vs. traditional filing).

Experience:

  • Microsoft Excel: 1 year (Preferred)
  • This position may require driving - A Valid Driver's License is needed
Salary: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour
