DeMontrond Automotive Group is seeking an experienced Director of Marketing to lead all marketing operations across our dealership network. This executive-level role oversees digital strategy, advertising, branding, and traffic performance for every DeMontrond location.
The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in automotive retail marketing, a proven ability to drive customer traffic and conversions, and strong leadership skills to guide a dynamic team and multiple vendors.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the group-wide marketing and advertising strategy.
- Oversee digital marketing, paid media, and lead generation for all dealerships.
- Analyze performance data and manage ROI on all marketing spend.
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging, creative, and community presence.
- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and Co-Op submissions.
- Collaborate with executive leadership, sales, and service departments to align marketing with company goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 10 years of progressive marketing experience, including 5+ years in an automotive leadership role.
- Proven record of increasing traffic and improving lead quality across multiple rooftops.
- Expertise in digital marketing platforms, analytics, and campaign management.
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
