As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that is well positioned as a brand in the Qatar market, reaching the right audience to optimize market share. Collaborate with the regional Marketing team to drive local marketing campaigns. Manage and grow relationships with Key Strategic Partners (KSP).

Your Mission:
  • Identify new marketing opportunities and improve existing activities according to market needs
  • Further manifest the Talabat brand positioning
  • Align Local Marketing campaigns with Regional Team
  • Maximize ROI through strategic management and allocation of local budgets
  • Plan and execute Locally Managed channels - Restaurant Marketing, Outdoor Advertising, Local
  • Partnerships, Social Media, Events, Activations and more
  • Guardian for brand and tone in the local market
  • Manage local agencies
  • Create and manage the country activity calendar
  • Support Sales Team in creating marketing proposals for partners
  • Ensure all relevant country strategies and priorities are aligned

Your Heroic Skills
  • Ideally with 5 years of professional experience in a Marketing Manager role
  • Preferably a graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management/Marketing
  • Primarily a hands-on can-do attitude.
  • Strong understanding of consumer marketing concepts
  • Strong analytical capabilities - ability to understand complex and large data sets and business metrics
  • Ability to think strategically and prioritize
  • Ability to rationalize challenges and opportunities
  • Some experience in digital channels, understanding of digital metrics
  • Strong stakeholder management
  • Excellent planning and project management
  • Knowledge of local media and advertisement
  • Leadership qualities as this person should ideally be the backbone of the country marketing function
