Your Mission:

 Develop the strategic business plan to achieve sales objective providing updates on periodic basis.
 Maintain accurate records of sales, generate client acquisition plan and prospecting activates to analyze the sales prospects.
 Develop and deploy quarterly and annual sales objectives, strategies, target plans, programs, policies and performance metrics for Country Sales teams.
 Monitor performance of team in terms of restaurant partner acquisition, closed restaurants, promotions, campaigns, account management, and market research.
 Acquiring key accounts (international brands) across the region and handle group level commission rate.
 Communicate and attend meetings with major accounts (VIP and AAA) regularly to improve and develop business relationships, serve as escalation point for VIP and AAA clients or team issues.
 Manage sales budget and costs.
 Monitor and analyze customer related statistics on a daily basis to determine performance and potential growth (using CRM, sales force).
 Analyze competition - strategies, partners, promotions, performance with reports from sales force and personal research.
 Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including:
 Sales acquisition and accounts management performance report
 Bonus calculation report
 Commission tracker
 Manage the team to ensure that work is properly allocated and completed in a timely and accurate manner.
 Monitor, guide and manage the team for optimum performance.
 Collaborate with the team to accomplish all daily tasks on time with a high level of quality.
 Handle communication with the team, live meetings, email correspondence, reporting, etc.
 Assign and monitor the tasks to complete appropriate work assignments.  Produce metrics which provides visibility on the progress of work assignments and team performance.
