Head of Sales
Develop the strategic business plan to achieve sales objective providing updates on periodic basis.
Maintain accurate records of sales, generate client acquisition plan and prospecting activates to analyze the sales prospects.
Develop and deploy quarterly and annual sales objectives, strategies, target plans, programs, policies and performance metrics for Country Sales teams.
Monitor performance of team in terms of restaurant partner acquisition, closed restaurants, promotions, campaigns, account management, and market research.
Acquiring key accounts (international brands) across the region and handle group level commission rate.
Communicate and attend meetings with major accounts (VIP and AAA) regularly to improve and develop business relationships, serve as escalation point for VIP and AAA clients or team issues.
Manage sales budget and costs.
Monitor and analyze customer related statistics on a daily basis to determine performance and potential growth (using CRM, sales force).
Analyze competition - strategies, partners, promotions, performance with reports from sales force and personal research.
Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including:
Sales acquisition and accounts management performance report
Bonus calculation report
Manage the team to ensure that work is properly allocated and completed in a timely and accurate manner.
Monitor, guide and manage the team for optimum performance.
Collaborate with the team to accomplish all daily tasks on time with a high level of quality.
Handle communication with the team, live meetings, email correspondence, reporting, etc.
Assign and monitor the tasks to complete appropriate work assignments. Produce metrics which provides visibility on the progress of work assignments and team performance.
