Job title: Project Manager I

Are you passionate about leading innovative projects and making a tangible impact? Dealer Spike is seeking an enthusiastic Project Manager I to join our OEM eCatalog team! In this role, you will leverage your expertise in communication, leadership, and organization, along with your familiarity with data, software, and websites, to manage exciting projects from sale to completion. You will play a pivotal role in delivering our DaaS and SaaS products to our valued OEM clients.

Here is more of what you’ll get to do:

  • Lead and manage SaaS and DaaS projects from sale to completion, covering the planning, execution, monitoring, and closing phases.
  • Manage project scope, goals, and deliverables in close collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues; develop contingency plans as needed.
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, clients, and third-party vendors.
  • Monitor project progress and performance; report key metrics to internal and customer stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with project management methodologies, standards, and best practices.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive team environment; provide guidance and support to team members.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes and practices.

You’ll thrive in this role if you have:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, a related field, OR equivalent experience in project management roles, preferably in IT Software, Data, or Website Industry.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., SmartSheet, Microsoft Project, Asana, Jira, or similar).
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills; ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies.
