DDB – Social Media Analyst

Main purpose of the Position

As part of the Strategy Team, the Social Media Analyst will:

Define and generate an Analytics & Measure Strategy (KPI’s, Quality Analytics)

Recollect Social Media data from platforms and external tools.

Monitoring and develop regular and ad-hoc dashboards, reports and analysis according to business needs (RRSS and Websites).

Build insights and recommendations based on data.

Generate key points and optimization plans of different channels and online platforms according data.

Support to the Strategy and Creative teams with learnings from data analysis.

Plan and prioritize tasks, according to brands’ demands.

Experience at least 1-2 years in Social Media, with strong focus on reporting and analytics.

Experience in reporting and digital / social media analytics. Furthermore, excellent in Excel.

Experience on Analytics Tools: Analytics / Adobe Omniture / Data Studio / Hootsuite / Social Bakers / Social Elephants

Experience on Social Listening (Brandwatch / Talkwalkers).
