The role: 


We have a fantastic opportunity for an HR Manager to join our team on a permanent basis. The role will act as a partner and trusted advisor for group companies (with a total headcount of 100) including our production agencies Gutenberg Global, cain&abel and DDB EMEA a regional corporate function. The role will provide an effective, proactive Human Resources offering in line with the business needs and team priorities.  


Who are you?


You are an experienced Human Resource manager from an agency or similar fast-paced environment. You will be approachable and great at building relationships with colleagues, heads of departments and hiring managers, offering support and all HR business needs. You will have a CIPD qualification and be familiar with the UK employment lawsregularly reviewing work practices and have the ability to manage complex employee relations issues. You will guide and coach line managers in all aspects of people management, as well as mentoring a HR Co-ordinator.
