Description

We are looking for a specialist in Digital Design to join our agency and work directly with a major pharmaceutical client as the lead designer on their agile digital team. This is an amazing opportunity to work directly with clients firsthand as part of an agile team of like-minded specialists in the digital space. The person we are looking for is passionate about design and developing new ways to bring brands to life. He/She is the ultimate team player and likes to work both collaboratively as well as independently. Responsibilities:

  • Become an integral part of the client 7-member agile team as a subject matter expert
  • Collaborate with creative agency and specialty partners for core digital design needs
  • Contribute to the creative strategy for campaigns
  • Create layouts/graphics for tactics, and campaigns in accordance with channel-specific best practices and compliance
  • Prototype or storyboard layout of animated graphics
  • Actively participate in the medical/legal/regulatory review and approval process
  • Interface with various third-party partners around design and asset delivery
  • Participate in daily scrum activities
  • Work with the team to create minimal viable products, with in-market learning/optimizing

 

Qualifications and Experience:

  • 7-10 years’ experience with client marketing/design team or creative industry
  • Strong knowledge of HTML/CSS and digital media
  • Strong understanding of creative tools and an interest in evolving industry trends
  • Expert in content design technology tools required, preferred expert in Assembler
  • Strong User-Experience (UX) Knowledge/Experience​
  • The ability to launch and/or reinvigorate brands visually
  • Pharma Design Experience ​
    • HCP/HCC extremely helpful​
    • Incorporation of Safety Balance or other regulatory language​
    • Incorporating referencing and citations into design​
  • Previous Agile/Sprint/Scrum experience is a plus but not mandatory
