The Content Strategist will be responsible for conducting content audits and developing regular reports for key clients. Strategists are resourceful and always looking to synthesize unique and unexpected insights that inspire brilliant ideas.


  • Develop digital communication strategies consistent with brand marketing objectives
  • Demonstrate understanding of how the client business and account operates, how the target behaves in the social space and how social media can be leveraged to move the client’s business forward
  • Monitor and interpret cultural and social trends relevant to the client’s business
  • Develop social content outlines and recommendations for new content to be created
  • Work with creative team to ensure content delivers against the strategy
  • Use content audits, data and research to evaluate content’s impact and push for continuous improvement to achieve business goals
  • Look beyond commonly accepted approaches and seek opportunities to evolve existing practices. Research future technologies and solutions to impact the way we create, distribute, report and optimize content
  • Craft creative briefs, provide clear persuasive briefings to creatives and remain an active partner throughout creative development
  • Develop and maintain a positive relationship with appropriate client contacts and internal agency departments

  • 1+ years of experience as a content strategist or equivalent
  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A or B.S.) required
  • Familiar with basic social listening platforms and with social analytics or google analytics is preferred
  • Digital native and active participant in social - written for various social channels
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to convert performance data, information and research into consumer insight and impactful content
  • Proven ability to problem solve, effectively manage multiple projects at once, and work with cross-functional teams under strict deadlines
  • Strong writing and presenting skills with ability to present complex information in a clear manner to peers, senior leaders and clients
  • Qualitative research and analytic skills with quantitative skills a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and/or Keynote
  • Appreciation for award-winning creative work
