  1. Purpose:

The role is responsible for the coordination of new implementations released by HQ to specific countries. This person will act as a point of contact to countries, having a bi-directional role between HQ & Countries.

The aim is to maintain every stakeholder in the loop to ensure the correct implementation for new projects.

Also, will act as a solver to report any bug / issue or doubt any country may have.

  1. Responsibilities:
  • Act as the point of contact for countries.
  • Build strong, long-term relation with client and maintain daily contact.
  • Suggest and implement project planning based on country needs.
  • Address production assets needs to the proper providers.
  • Report on web performance metric.
  • Analyse digital campaigns success.
  • Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends.

  1. Qualifications:
  • Proven experience of at least 3 years in a product design / digital agency.
  • Office heavy user.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager is a plus
  • Knowledge of tools as JIRA
  • Must be self-motivated, and able to manage several projects at the same time.
  • Must have excellent problem solving skills and love technical challenges. Excellent attention to detail.
  • Must be able to function independently and still work well in a "team oriented" environment.
  • Effective organisational abilities.
  • Commercial awareness and good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Perfect English oral and written communication skills.
  • Other languages will be a plus.
