Primary Duties

  • Be key point-of-contact for Agency Partners and Clients
  • Contribute to creation of integrated B2B marketing and communications plans that meet B2B client objectives
  • Meet and liaison with Clients and Agency Partners to discuss and identify marketing communications opportunities and requirements
  • Execute integrated campaigns that involve programming that integrates paid, social and owned media efforts as well as sales outreach/lead generation
  • Provide input during development of projects based on insights and knowledge of Client preferences
  • Coordinate and facilitate meetings for status reports/updates, presentations and regroup sessions
  • Compile and distribute post meeting documents detailing key discussion items and next steps
  • Scheduling and managing the approval processes on a by project basis

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • The account executive must have one-two years of relevant experience in B2B marketing or a related field including digital marketing, lead generation, media buying, advertising or research.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2-3 years Advertising Account Management experience
  • Knowledge of key platforms and channels for B2B marketing, including but not limited to social media, paid media, email and others
  • Strong interpersonal, written and verbal  skills and able to work well with team members
  • Exhibited ability to work on multiple accounts, assignments and/or work streams
  • Natural curiosity with an aptitude to take in the larger picture and think like strategic partner
  • Work well under pressure with competing deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree required (business, marketing, or advertising strongly preferred)
