Description

The Senior Compliance Auditor has a unique opportunity to assist in developing a foundational Compliance Program for DDB and TeamDDB comprised of multiple agencies for which DDB serves as the Prime Contractor for the Army Advertising Federal Contract. The senior auditor will collaborate with the Contracts, Finance and Accounting Departments to support and coordinate compliance monitoring and identify opportunities for process improvements.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development of audit programs designed to test compliance across TeamDDB with Contractual FARs, DFARs, CAS and other contractual requirements
  • Utilize a risk-based approach by understanding DDB operations and government regulations, incorporating data analysis, and utilize statistical and judgmental sampling techniques
  • Effectively perform compliance testing, identify opportunities for process and control enhancements, present audit results with required mitigated actions, and perform follow-up on all findings and results
  • Perform continuous monitoring, review and analysis of specific areas of responsibility, including tracking rate changes throughout the year
  • Develop and monitor internal policies, procedures and processes, ensuring compliance with FARs, DFARs, CAS and other contractual requirements
  • Support the development of presentations and training for TeamDDB
  • Assist in preparing the Annual Incurred Cost Submission and Forward Pricing Rate Proposal including coordination with affiliate agencies
  • Support DCAA and DCMA audits including Floor Checks, Voucher, System Audits and Incurred Cost Proposal
  • Research and analyze regulatory, technical or other information as necessary
  • Understand financial and operational processes including the relevant risks and controls associated with government regulations
  • Demonstrate flexibility, agility and teamwork to accomplish results

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years of experience in legal compliance or audit
  • FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulation) Experience Preferred
  • CAS (Cost Accounting Standards) Experience Preferred
  • Practical knowledge of GAAS and/or GAGAS
  • Strong analytical, deductive and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft AX and COGNOS reporting a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
