We are looking for a results-driven Social Media Community Manager for our main client SEAT. Someone who lives and breathes social media, possessing a high level of expertise in growing large communities.
The perfect candidate is well organized, methodic, able to post-and-track the previously planned content and provide support to the rest of the Social Media Team.
Manage all social media channels and campaigns to build a solid audience and increase social media engagement by interacting with the brands’ tone of voice.
Research and analyze social media trends to improve social media presence and campaign efficacy, working alongside the BI team.
Being proactive when publishing and sharing daily content (in all formats and channels, organic and paid) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action.
Coordinate social media messaging with other departments. This involves a close relation with the Customer Care team, the PR team and the Social Media team itself at the agency.
Being aware of how the paid campaigns work, and co-work with the Paid Media department in order to be aligned on the paid implementation for all kind of assets.
Work with other departments to understand and act according to social media timelines, calendars and posting schedules coinciding with new product releases, ad campaigns, or other brand messages.
Monitor and report on competitor activity within social media spaces when required by the reporting team, in terms of quantitative and qualitative data.
Being able to work from Social Media Tools (Example: SocialBakers, Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Brandwatch…).
Proven experience in a similar role in Adverting Agency at least 3 years.
Experience in automobile sector is a plus.
A highly proactive social media passionate who is self-directed, autonomous, reactive and results-oriented.
Bilingual or native English level is required as this is the Global Account of the brand.
