The Role

We are currently looking for a Senior Project Manager with solid digital experience to join a talented team of highly committed individuals here at Tribal Worldwide. You will be contributing your expertise in defining and managing new digital strategies, producing outstanding creative design & UX and delivering complex technical builds for new digital products.

You’ll need to be an excellent communicator and strong team player, working on high-profile accounts within a multi-disciplinary team. You’ll know how to build and provide leadership to diverse project teams. You’ll be comfortable tailoring your approach to the needs of the project, whilst maintaining the delivery standards and principles set by Tribal.

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager who supports this development and is eager to expand the overall capabilities in their team.  

Key responsibilities

  • Define, structure and manage all aspects of a portfolio of projects or a large project
  • Ensure that the vision and objectives for the solution are preserved throughout the project lifecycle
  • Maintain existing client work processes with continuous assessment to make recommendations for improvement
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with internal teams (content, analytics, technology, dev ops) as well as stakeholders so that all parties are clear on the project objectives and status
  • Daily prioritisation communication across departments, both internal and external stakeholders and teams
  • Being able to scope new briefs, raise estimates, shape delivery plans and write Statement of Work
  • Manage project budgets, scope and quality within defined boundaries to ensure profitability
  • Work with different groups within the business to define and setup project teams
  • Work with the account team to identity and grow new business opportunities
  • Identify opportunities to mentor more junior members and develop capability within your team 
  • Contribute to the development of the brand
  • Mentors more junior members of the team

Skills / Experience

  • A proven track record of delivering digital solutions comprising strategy, customer experience and technology with budgets in excess of £250,000 and teams of +15 FTE’s
  • Able to demonstrate clearly the different project and programme management methodologies (E.g. Waterfall and Agile)
  • Have proven experience working in a creative agency leading brand or digital teams in a fast-paced environment comprised of pitching to clients, delivering a portfolio of work and managing client relationship
  • Ideally certifications in Agile (e.g. Scrum) or other qualifications such as - Prince 2, CAPM, PMP
  • Experience of working with strategic, creative (design and UX/UI) teams as well a software development teams to manage an end-to-end project cycle
  • Understanding of common web technologies, technical architecture, platforms, CMS, and services
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders (i.e. suppliers, partners and clients), prioritising requirements to ensure the best outcome for both the client and Tribal Worldwide
  • Identify key KPIs, help develop client business cases, and measure the success of projects to ensure continuous improvement
  • Excellent level of project documentation, from requesting briefs to creating requirements, scopes, documenting risks and ensuring that all verbal conversations are followed up with email
  • Proven record of meeting tight deadlines within budget and to quality standards
  • Experience with working with analytics and data to assess to post project success of a client campaign
