Project coordinators are highly organized problem solvers who strive to keep projects progressing on time and on budget. Project coordinators are the conduit between internal teams including creative, account management and production, and also build strong working relationships with clients.

Responsibilities include:

  • Manages and delivers a quality product, on time and on budget
  • Understands the importance of, and forges strong relationships among, key departments and counterparts to facilitate the smooth progress of client projects
  • Partners with Account Management team to define project scope, deliverables and schedule
  • Approximates hourly allocations for key tasks and work to align team resources
  • Develops close partnerships with account management, creative and production teams
  • Owns the revision process and ensure proper routing internally as well as through client legal and compliance departments
  • Key partner with digital production on email construction for link testing
  • Manages changes to scope and identifies potential escalation issues
  • Coordinates outside purchases such as stock photography, illustrations, etc.
  • Escalates schedule and budget issues as needed with client
  • Knows our RT product – our work, our Network, our clients -- and what makes our product unique and great
  • Communicates clearly with clients and internal team members, whether via email, in-person or phone conversations

Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in an advertising or marketing role
  • Undergraduate degree
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate in a business-like manner with a diverse range of people, both internal and external
  • Solution-oriented
