As part of the Strategy Team, the Data Analyst will:


Define and generate an Analytics & Measure Strategy (KPI’s, Quality Analytics)

Recollect all of data with tools according with customers.

Monitoring and develop regular and ad-hoc dashboards, reports and analysis according to business needs (RRSS and Websites)  

Build insights and recommendations based on customer centric activities and share with Account Executive Department and Strategic Team.

Generate key points and optimization plans of different channels and online platforms according data.

Provides continuous support to the markets on the tools developed by the team  

Contributes to SM and WEB capabilities : support documentation, guidelines and templates. Sometimes, training to teams and customers.  

Interacts with other teams to according of brands.

Plan and prioritize tasks, according to brands’ demands.

Have a good understanding of all brands.

What Will Make You Successful?

Education: Degree in Mathematics or Statistics

Experience at least 1-2 years in Data analytics / Business analytics / CRM direct marketing / Reporting.

Experience in reporting, retention activities, statistical modeling, digital analytics are strong assets. Furthermore, excellent in Excel.

Able to query databases and other information sources independently

Excellent knowledge of at least one of tool:

Analytics (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Alexa, etc)

Data mining tool (SQL, SAS, SPSS, IBM Modeler, SAP Business Objects, Power BI, etc);

Monitoring & reporting tool (Hootsuite, Social Elephants, Data Studio, Micro Strategy, Tableau, etc);

Social Listening (Brandchats, Radian6, SocialBakers, Webtrends, Talkwalkers, Brandwatch, etc).

Tracking (Crazyegg, Hotjar, Zarget, etc).

Testing (AB Tasty, Optimizely, Adobe Target, etc).

Projects (Jira, Redbooth, Trello, etc).

Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Able to prioritize and manage several projects at the same time.
