Head of Social
Leads the day to day management and development of the social team.
Responsible for the development, implementation and ongoing management of social strategies, campaigns and activities.
Collaborating with and supporting the strategy, creative, content, data science and account teams across Tribal Worldwide London and at times adam&eveDDB in the development of social media proposals, consulting, strategies, engagements and evaluation.
Day-to-day management and participation for client’s social media properties, including producing regular posts and content, moderation, outreach and any other appropriate duties.
Working with clients to develop and implement a rigorous approach to evaluation, which demonstrates the audience, brand and business impact of social media activities.
Help develop new insights and perspectives on audience needs and behaviour relating to social, including the emergence of new platforms, features and functions and how clients can benefit from their appropriate use of.
Participation in new business from existing clients and through pitches, this will include opportunities for social to play a key supporting role, or be the focus.
Extensive portfolio of experience
Senior client facing experience
Experience working as part of an integrated multi-agency team
Understanding of digital ecosystems, omnichannel comms and ideally large platform builds or service design projects
Has good contacts at all the social media networks
An interest in automotive (ideally)
