ABOUT THE ROLE: Digital Account Supervisor

The Digital Account Supervisor is an integral role to the success of the Kia digital team.  Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day conception and strategy process of all Digital projects – campaign development, website design and development, branded content, and digital media. The digital Account Supervisor is the “glue” that holds everything together.  The AS is the “go to” person regarding Client’s creative expectations, product and business requirements, budget parameters, project status as well as overall interactive specs and legal feedback.  The AS will report to the Digital Director and Group Account Director. This person will also be responsible for the management and career development of future team members.

Account Services, working together, we keep the train on track and showing up on time.

  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure strategic brand integration and production efficiencies
  • Proactively manage project budgets and ensures close financial adherence -- responsible for communicating any potential issues to the larger team, Management Supervisor, Group Account Director, Director of Digital and/or clients.
  • Run weekly cross-agency status calls, client check-ins and media team updates
  • Manage team documents (e.g. status reports, contact reports, workbooks, competitive activity, opening jobs, job reports, etc)
  • Oversee preparation for Client meetings and assists with all key deliverables
  • Manage and mentors the AE, AAE and AC 

Strategic / Planning Be strategic, challenge and question everything.

  • Work with the client and D&G strategy team to develop project and creative briefs

Creative Development / Production Process 

Get into the details. It’s the nuts and bolts of getting to great work. Work closely with Producer to ensure:

  • Client satisfaction
  • Production timeliness and budgets are met
  • Internal reviews are completed and feedback accounted for prior to presenting to clients
  • Development of Copy-Decks (including legal disclaimers)
  • Delivery of assets (‘goodie-bag’ including video assets)
  • Creative trafficking (as needed)
  • Production Direction to third-party vendors (as needed)
  • Organization of final creative files/links
  • Creative feedback is reflected across all parties (Client/Creative/Product Specialist/Account Services)
  • Work closely with partners to ensure all spec information is accurate and shared on time

  • Maintain on-going communication with all departments (including vendors) to ensure a single POV
