ABOUT THE ROLE:
The Front Desk Coordinator is a hands-on position, including administrative office support, and phones. The ideal candidate is passionate about learning and growing in a creative environment and has some professional experience (agency experience preferred).

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Front desk duties including phones and liaison between guests and clients with D&G
  • Help with internal office events
  • Stock kitchen supplies as well as help with cleanup
  • Prep for weekend work: A/C, food requests, etc.
