ABOUT THE ROLE:

The Account Coordinator (AC) works with the account team in directing and coordinating assigned projects. In this role, the AC is responsible for sound, proper and timely execution of all assigned work. The AC must be extremely detail-oriented, with superior written and verbal communication skills while being able to balance/prioritize multiple projects at once.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The nature of the AC position requires on-going and in-depth interactions with both the agency’s staff and client representatives as represented by the following:

 

  • Coordinating and managing the activities necessary to meet the needs of assigned projects. 
  • Maintaining daily communications with appropriate agency and client personnel, to ensure that assigned work is handled in a positive, timely and efficient manner.
  • Managing the execution of assigned broadcast, print, point-of-sale, outdoor, digital, promotional and collateral work requests in efficient, timely manner.
  • Assisting in monitoring budget, billing, research projects and similar items
  • Establishing self as the competitive expert, educating the larger team on what our category competitors are doing
  • Support Supervisor(s) as requested

 

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) preferred; Creative agency internship experience a plus
  • Extremely detail-oriented, with superior written and verbal communications skills
  • Ability to balance/prioritize multiple projects at once
  • Passion for advertising and marketing, with an insatiable appetite to learn
