ABOUT THE ROLE:

The Associate Business Affairs Manager is responsible for business management duties across the broadcast commercial production department. This individual will play a key role in the department by helping manage third party materials and talent rights for our broadcast, print and online/digital advertising


REQUIREMENTS:
Proficient in MS Excel and Word or Numbers and Keynote for Mac (Apple) with ability to keep and manage databases. Candidate must have ability to multitask in fast paced environment Must also be familiar with SAG-AFTRA Union guidelines and able to apply union rules to real situations. Organizational skills with attention to detail is required. Candidate should share a passion for advertising, production and media, and maintain a calm, fun and collaborative approach when problem solving in stressful situations. Candidate should be able to contribute to the unique culture of the Agency.

QUALIFICATIONS:
BA/BS Degree from a four-year college required; business/marketing concentration preferred. 
2 or more years of related work experience in an advertising, marketing, production, business affairs or legal environment. Must also be familiar with SAG-AFTRA Union guidelines.
