Skills needed to win:

  • 2+ years sales experience. 
  • B2B sales experience is preferable. SaS sales experience plus! 
  • Salesforce OR CRM software experience
  • Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel proficient 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 

What winning looks like:

  • Presenting (digitally) SmartDollar to CFOs, CEOs, HR Professionals and business owners.  
  • Consistent follow up with potential clients to help them move through the sales cycle. 
  • Handling objections professionally. 
  • Collaborating with leaders and team mates to share wins, losses and learning opportunities.
