Our Sales Team at Ramsey Solutions is made up of 6 different business units, Ramsey Network, SmartDollar, RamseyPlus, EntreLeadership, Ramsey Education, and Ramsey Trusted. Each business unit has a team of Relationship Managers, Account Executives, Market Response and Sales Development Representatives to help serve our current clients, educate potential clients, and go after new business. We're a fast paced collaborative team that works on site. We handle most of our business via video, on the phone and with email which means we travel for vacation, not for work!

We are looking for Account Executives to join Ramsey Solutions. If you are interested in joining our crusade to help people claw out of debt and change their family tree, but would like to learn more about the different business units, read on! If you submit an application, we will consider you for any of the Account Executive openings so you won't have to apply for each team.

What Winning Looks Like: 

  • 2+ years of commissioned sales experience
  • Successfully closing new business
  • Salesforce or CRM software experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Timely follow up with warm leads
  • Creating outreach strategies for lead generation
  • Zero reservation making cold calls
Skills Needed to Win:
  • Loving and learning the craft of sales and communication
  • Generating a pipeline through consistent sales activity
  • Handling objections professionally
  • Thorough knowledge of Dave Ramsey and passion for his teachings
  • Persistent, dedicated and committed
  • Self-motivated and efficient
