Who We're Looking For:

Our team is seeking an experienced Technical Product Manager who can lead and drive a set of platform capabilities that power our digital products. These capabilities are used by our digital products to deliver world-class solutions that provide HOPE to our customers every day. Capabilities range from e-commerce to Identity & Access (IAM) solutions. You will work closely with a product team of software engineers, QA engineers, and other engineering talent along with product, business and engineering leaders across the company.

What Winning Looks Like:

  • Identify a product strategy for platform capabilities and share strategy with teams that are considering the capabilities.
  • Define a shareable product roadmap with key product goals/outcomes and continue to iterate it over time.
  • Assist in customer support or troubleshooting related to platform capabilities.
  • Gather and analyze customer problems and enhancement requests.
  • Define and capture metrics that you will use to measure the usage and outcomes of your capabilities.
  • Build and maintain solid relationships with your product team, business stakeholders, and engineering leaders.

The Skills You Need To Win:

  • 5+ years experience with software in any role
  • 2+ years working as a Technical Product Manager/Delivery Manager using Agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum or Kanban)
  • Proven track record of communicating complicated ideas, projects, and requirements to senior leadership and C-suite.
  • Proven track record of documenting capabilities well so that they are easy to understand, use, and implement.
  • Proficient in creating and building SLAs to prove high-quality solutions for customers.
  • Experience building discovery cards, epics, user stories, etc.
  • Ability to problem solve and think differently.
  • A technical/development background is a plus!!
