Salary: $40,000 - $50,000/year* + profit sharing + benefits

* Range depends on skill level and overall experience.

Ramsey Solutions Headquarters is located just outside of Nashville in Franklin, Tennessee. We value our strong, unified company culture because we believe the best work is done together. What You’d Do in This Role:

As a Sales Enablement Representative, you’ll be the driving force behind strengthening our relationships with key school districts throughout the United States. You’ll play a key role in enabling sales growth and retention by managing data entry and optimizing processes.

 

You’re Probably a Match If:

  • You have 6-12 months of experience in data entry, operations administrative, or similar job functions.
  • You are highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
  • You proactively identify and solve problems without waiting for direction.
  • You have a love for working with numbers, data entry, and creating order out of chaos.
  • You have experience with Salesforce, but it is not required.

What Winning Looks Like:

  • Review and update contact information for prioritized accounts in the CRM to ensure accuracy.
  • Provide comprehensive support to the team in troubleshooting CRM workflow challenges.
  • Work with the Sales Operations Coordinator to identify and resolve team process issues by utilizing appropriate data, tools, and resources.
  • Think critically about known and unknown business problems so that they right teams can be involved in solutions.
  • Maintain data integrity of key districts in our CRM to reduce rework.
