Salary: $44,000 - $65,000/year* + profit sharing + benefits

*Range depends on skill level and overall experience.

Where and How You’d Work:

Ramsey Solutions Headquarters is located just outside of Nashville in Franklin, Tennessee. We value our strong, unified company culture because we believe the best work is done together. What You’d Do in This Role:

In this role, you’ll be assisting with the operation, troubleshooting, maintenance and repairs of our building systems. You’ll be performing a range of physical tasks to support an expansive Class A commercial property.

You’re Probably a Match If:

• You have 2+ years of experience doing maintenance repairs on HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems in the commercial space (i.e. apartments, retail, restaurants, churches, corporate buildings)
• You are proficient in using smartphones for communication, documentation and accessing work-related information.
• You can lift up to 50 lbs. to move office furniture, machinery and equipment as needed.
• You have excellent communication skills.
• You have a genuine enthusiasm to work 1 on 1 with 1000+ team members.
• You are passionate about the mission of Ramsey Solutions.

What Winning Looks Like:

• Assist with repairs to buildings and systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, kitchen equipment, roofs and drains
• Perform general building maintenance such as carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical and mechanical
• Monitor quality of outside contractors’ work
• Respond immediately to emergencies involving team members or guests.
• Inspect buildings and equipment for safety or malfunction
• Assist in managing and inspecting fire and life safety systems, including alarms, pumps, suppression systems and related equipment
