The Ramsey Education team is on a mission to help students take control of their financial futures. We’re looking for a results-driven Account Executive to join our team and build long-lasting relationships with schools and educational organizations.

 

You’ll be responsible for managing accounts and driving renewals to ensure our curriculum reaches as many students as possible. If you're a relationship-builder with a passion for education and sales, we want you on our team!

 

What Winning Looks Like:

  • Average 60+ calls a day
  • Consistently meeting and exceeding retention and revenue goals
  • Build a healthy pipeline through cold calling and maximizing marketing leads
  • Maintain relational calls with teachers, schools, and districts
  • Maintain a detailed log of all activity and interactions with customers in Salesforce 

Skills Needed to Win:

  • 2+ years of sales experience
  • Successfully closing new business
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Salesforce or CRM software experience

Targeted Compensation $65,000 - $105,000/year* (includes base and commission)

*Range depends on skill level, overall experience, and performance-based commission
