The Ramsey Education team is on a mission to help students take control of their financial futures. We’re looking for a results-driven Account Executive to join our team and build long-lasting relationships with schools and educational organizations.
You’ll be responsible for managing accounts and driving renewals to ensure our curriculum reaches as many students as possible. If you're a relationship-builder with a passion for education and sales, we want you on our team!
What Winning Looks Like:
- Average 60+ calls a day
- Consistently meeting and exceeding retention and revenue goals
- Build a healthy pipeline through cold calling and maximizing marketing leads
- Maintain relational calls with teachers, schools, and districts
- Maintain a detailed log of all activity and interactions with customers in Salesforce
Skills Needed to Win:
- 2+ years of sales experience
- Successfully closing new business
- Strong presentation skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Salesforce or CRM software experience
Targeted Compensation $65,000 - $105,000/year* (includes base and commission)
*Range depends on skill level, overall experience, and performance-based commission
