Ramsey Solutions Headquarters is located just outside of Nashville in Franklin, Tennessee. We value our strong, unified company culture because we believe the best work is done together. But work-life balance is also important to us, so we offer flexible work schedules to take the stress out of appointments, family obligations and other needs that may pop up.
While every team member has a designated workspace (with an electronic sit-stand desk), our campus was designed to house a variety of unique work and play zones (e.g., quiet library space, coffee bar/lounge areas, recreational game zone, and outside/patio work and break areas).
You’re Probably a Match If:
- You have 3+ years of experience in marketing and experience with B2C marketing tactics.
- You have a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
- You have experience with digital marketing channels.
- You have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to implement data-driven solutions.
What Winning Looks Like:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive traffic to the website
- Lead efforts to optimize all web pages to increase funnel conversions, ensuring each page is aligned with marketing and business objectives
- Design and execute marketing tests (A/B, multivariate) to continuously optimize and gather learnings to improve strategies
- Develop and manage email nurturing campaigns aimed at both new and existing Trusted Pros
- Report on key metrics related to email campaigns, funnel performance, and web optimization efforts, making recommendations for ongoing improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including a sales team
- Analyze and report on marketing performance metrics, including Google Analytics to make data-driven recommendations for optimization and improvement
