In This Role: you'll be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies focused on driving measurable results across paid digital advertising, email marketing, and organic search (SEO) for a variety of product lines, including: books, live events, and our Entreleadership and Ramsey Education brands.
Your expertise in these areas will be instrumental in optimizing our marketing efforts and
achieving our business objectives. This is a senior-level position that requires strong leadership
skills and a deep understanding of performance marketing techniques.

What Winning Looks Like:
- Develop performance marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, conversion, and retention across paid advertising, email marketing, and organic search.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders, and making data-driven recommendations for optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to align business goals with customer insights and performance of your team’s marketing initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies, continuously seeking opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness and stay ahead of competitors.
- Lead and mentor a team of performance marketing strategists (paid media specialists and email marketers), providing coaching, support, and performance evaluations to foster professional growth and achieve team objectives.
Skills Needed to Win:
- 5+ years of performance marketing experience, with a focus on paid advertising/paid media (paid display, paid search, paid social, PPC/Pay-Per-Click, programmatic), email marketing, search engine marketing (SEM), and/or a combination of experience, ideally in a B2B or B2C space
- 2+ years of leadership experience
- Experience working with marketing tools such as: Google Analytics/GA, Google Ads/Adwords, SEMrush, Klayvio, Google Data Studio, or Marketo
- Demonstrated success in driving customer acquisition, conversion, and revenue growth through performance marketing channels
- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze campaign performance data, identify insights, and make data-driven decisions for optimization
- Up-to-date with the latest marketing trends, industry developments, and emerging technologies
- E-commerce experience is preferred, but not required
$74,000 - $120,000/year* + profit sharing + benefits
*Range depends on overall experience and level of skill
