We’re looking for a Customer Success Agent who will be responsible for providing world-class customer service via email, phone and live chat for our life-changing products like Ramsey+. Our products are mostly digital and centered around teaching people how to handle money God’s ways, so you’ll need to help resolve issues that range from technical support to coaching people about their money. We’re fast-paced and serious about helping people, but we love to have fun as well!

What Winning Looks Like:

  • Communicating clearly with our customers across multiple channels (phone, email, and chat)
  • Effectively anticipating customer needs and providing empathy for their experience
  • Having a product-minded, problem-solving mindset, and providing feedback to Product Managers
  • Technical troubleshooting issues with our digital products
  • Responding to feedback well and taking initiative
  • Constantly learning, growing, and developing your skillset

Skills Needed to Win:

  • The heart of a teacher
  • 5 years experience serving customers, solving problems, & helping people in a support role
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills
  • Passion for our products
  • FPU Grad preferred
