Salary: $97,000 - $140,000* + profit sharing + benefits
*Range depends on skill level and overall experience.

What You’d Do in This Role:
The EveryDollar Senior Product Manager will own and drive the development of in-app coaching experiences that help users in Baby Steps 1, 2, and 3 stay accountable to their financial commitments, adopt the Ramsey Plan, and achieve financial breakthroughs. This role ensures that coaching is engaging, actionable, and seamlessly integrated across EveryDollar while working cross-functionally with squads to create a cohesive, high-impact user experience.
You’re Probably a Match If:
- You have 5+ years of experience in digital product management.
- You excel at interviewing customers to identify business and user opportunities.
- You work well with other squads within the same product ecosystem.
- You are skilled at documenting everything to ensure clarity and alignment.
- You have excellent communication skills and can interact confidently with stakeholders.

- Create habit-forming experiences that drive user accountability and financial progress.
- Drive long-term user retention and subscription growth by enhancing coaching effectiveness, reducing churn, and improving financial transformation outcomes.
- Present at the board level and articulate insights with data-driven storytelling.
- Influence designers, engineers, and stakeholders daily.
