  • Great communication skills
  • 5+ years of digital product testing
  • 1–3 years of team leadership experience
  • A team player
  • A love for the details
  • Experience with multiple web browsers (IE 8–11, Firefox, Chrome, Safari, iOS Safari, Android)
  • Experience in testing digital products including web sites, web applications, mobile applications, and software

Other Desirables:

  • Functional testing with Selenium, Selenium 2, Capybara, Rspec, jUnit, or Fitnesse
  • Experience with Hudson or other automated testing suites
  • Unit testing tools such as jUnit, MXUnit, or Rspec
  • Load testing tools such as jMeter or ApacheBench
