Our Sales Team at Ramsey Solutions is made up of 6 different business units, SmartDollar, RamseyPlus, EntreLeadership, Ramsey Education, and Ramsey Trusted. Each business unit has a team of Relationship Managers, Account Executives, Market Response and Sales Development Representatives to help serve our current clients, educate potential clients, and go after new business. We're a fast paced collaborative team that works on site. We handle most of our business via video, on the phone and with email which means we travel for vacation, not for work!

We are looking for Sales Development Representatives to join Ramsey Solutions. If you are interested in working with a passionate sales team, learning together and changing lives, but would like to learn more about the different business units, read on! If you submit an application, we will consider you for any of the Sales Development Representative openings so you won't have to apply for each team.

What Winning Looks Like: 

  • Make 50+ cold calls per day.  
  • Deliver excellent service and provide in depth follow-ups for potential leads.
  • Deliver quick response time to inbound leads when needed.
  • Qualifying leads at a high rate while communicating lead quality trends with your leader
  • Set demo appointments for the appropriate sales person.  
  • Setting up other team members for success through strong communication and use of CRM
  • Stretching yourself every month to achieve better results
  • Stepping over several “Nos” to find your next “Yes”
  • Driving our mission forward with everything you’ve got, every day
Skills Needed to Win:
  • Zero call reluctance
  • Energized by interacting with new people
  • Driven by goals
  • Coachable, competitive and adaptable
  • Detail-oriented and loves interacting with people
  • Familiarity with Dave Ramsey’s financial principles 
  • Great personality and strong communication skills both oral and written  
  • Experience with ConnectAndSell a plus
