Location: Franklin, TN—on-site, relocation assistance available, flexible schedules available

 

Salary: $100,000 - $123,000/year* + profit sharing + benefits

*Range depends on skill level and overall experience.

What You’d Do in This Role:

In this role, you will lead a team of 5 Paid Media Specialists and Email Marketers, helping them grow their industry knowledge while achieving key business goals. You’ll manage a significant paid media budget across platforms like paid search, paid social, and paid display, driving impactful campaigns for four business units. Additionally, you’ll lead email strategy, managing large contact list sizes to drive engagement and deliver strong results across both paid and email marketing channels.

 

You’re Probably a Match If: 

  • You have 6+ years of performance marketing experience, with a focus on paid advertising/paid media (paid display, paid search, paid social, PPC/Pay-Per-Click, programmatic), email marketing, search engine marketing (SEM), and/or a combination of experience, ideally in a B2C space
  • You have 2+ years of leadership experience coaching a team member on how to level up foundational skills that help drive great customer connections
  • You have experience working with marketing tools such as: Google Analytics/GA, Google Ads/Adwords, SEMrush, Klayvio, Google Data Studio, Ahrefs, Marketo, or similar
  • You have demonstrated success in driving customer acquisition, conversion, and revenue growth through performance marketing channels
  • You have an analytical mindset with the ability to analyze campaign performance data, identify insights, and make data-driven decisions for optimization
  • You have E-commerce experience is preferred with major platforms such as BigCommerce, Shopify, Adobe, or Wix, but is not required
  • You have lead gen/customer acquisition experience is preferred, but not required

  • Craft performance marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness and loyalty by driving customer acquisition, conversion, and retention across paid advertising and email marketing channels
  • Prioritize understanding customer needs and behaviors to develop marketing strategies that genuinely resonate and create meaningful connections
  • Dive into campaign performance metrics, delivering insights and optimization recommendations
  • Foster a culture of creativity by encouraging the team to test new ideas and approaches, leveraging insights from experimentation to drive continuous improvement in our marketing strategies
  • Have a pulse on industry trends and emerging technologies, continuously seeking opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness and stay ahead of competitors
  • Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources, regularly analyze performance benchmark reports to measure success and inform strategic decisions
