The SmartDollar team is looking for an Associate Director of Sales that is called to lead a team of high performing, high energy salespeople.

What Winning Looks Like: 

  • Consistently meet and exceed team sales goals.
  • Coaching and training new and existing sales team members to achieve an increase in sales results.
  • Partner with Marketing and Business Development teams to create new opportunities for Acquisition.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Business Development and Client Services team to provide a world class customer experience.
  • Hold sales team members accountable to implementing sales tools.
  • Clearing roadblocks to ensure that deals are closed/won.
  • Help sales team members generate new opportunities and move them across the finish line.
  • Prioritizing calendar availability to be “in the trenches” with sales team members.
  • Maintain Salesforce accuracy, data integrity and work with the Salesforce team on overall usability. 
  • Being attuned to each sales team members’ desire, expectations, and goals for the future.

Skills Needed to Win: 

  • 3 years+ sales leadership experience  
  • Passion for Dave Ramsey’s financial principles 
  • Track record of coaching high achievers and driving sales results  
  • Analytical mind with strong problem-solving skills
  • Engaging coach who can make learning fun
  • Great personality and strong communication skills both oral and written
  • Passion for serving, learning and mentoring  
  • Experience with Salesforce
  • Experience with ConnectAndSell, High Velocity Sales, Salesloft or Outreach a plus
  • Knowledge of employee benefits space a plus
