Digital Transformation SME

Location:  HYBRID (Tysons Corner and Remote)

This position supports a federal government agency that requires US Citizenship and Background Investigation.

In this role the Digital Transformation SME will lead and plan new IT roadmaps to include emerging technologies. Implement and launch new technologies that will automate and improve current systems and processes. 

Responsibilities: 

• Digital Transformation SME will support the Program Manager, using a high understanding of technical knowledge to lead, design and the delivery of new technology solutions
• Provide technical guidance and recommendations on the implementation of Digital Engineering
• Participate in governance, process, and policy forums
• Develop new processes and coordinate between multiple engineering disciplines
• Leads discussions and builds consensus with all involved business partners and stakeholders, throughout the digital transformation.
• Leads committees, acts as a change manage and influences decisions around customer digital engagement and digitization of touchpoints

Required:  

• Deep understanding DevOps with at least 4+ years in develop and integrating solutions.
• Evidence of vendor management skills. Familiarity with integrating vendor solutions in Digital space. Salesforce experience, a plus
• A minimum of 4 years experience in delivering technology solutions such as PaaS, SaaS, and Cloud solutions 
• This position supports a federal government agency that requires US Citizenship and Background Investigation. The candidate must be able to clear the Background Investigation in order to commence work.
