Primary Responsibilities:
- Supporting Salesforce Cloud solutions.
- Lead projects release and deployment plans.
- Understands department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives, including their linkages to related areas.
- Partner with Architects to understand and identify security vulnerabilities.
- Follows established guidelines/procedures.
- Communicate release expectations across all impacted users.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or an equivalent amount of experience.
- At least three years of Salesforce PaaS Cloud experience with hands-on technical DevOps/Cloud engineering.
- Experience with Salesforce including managing sandboxes, users, process builders; migration process and usage of changesets and their limitations.
- At least three years of scripting-based deployment experience.
- Experience working across the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC Process) with development, support, and operations teams.
- Proven track record with release management tools and concepts.
- Experience with ANT Migration Tool/Eclipse and Jenkins.
- Experience with Shell Scripting and Python with modules like BOTO3 and AWSCLI.
- Strong experience in Automating Tasks with Python, shell scripting.
- Demonstrated experience with process documentation.
- Experience to Agile environments (use of Jira/Confluence, sprints, etc.
- Experience with tools such as: Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, CI/CD Tools, Bamboo, GitHub, Microsoft Azure, Cloud App Security Tools, Splunk, SonarQube, Copado, Gearset, Force.com IDE, Agile PM Tools.
- All applicants must be United States Citizens.
- This position supports a federal government agency that requires a Background Investigation. The candidate must be able to clear a Public Trust clearance as well in order to commence work. That requires living in the United States for the past three years.
