Systems Administrator

Location: HYBRID (Tyson's Corner & Remote)

In this role, the Systems Administrator will support a large federal government existing infrastructure and deploy VDI solutions.

• Install, configure, and maintain a wide variety of Citrix XenDesktop deployments
• Manage Windows servers including Exchange Hybrid, Active Directory domains, ADFS, SQL, file, print and backup solutions.
• Deploy and support VDI Solutions
• Experienced in administering group policies in support of VDI environment
• Create and maintain documentation as it relates to system configuration, diagrams, processes, and service records.

REQUIRED:

• Minimum of 3+ years in similar role
• Exceptional working knowledge of server operating systems (Windows & Linux)
• Technical knowledge and experience with security and system implementation following industry standards for Citrix solutions
• Technical knowledge and experience with VMWare
• Familiarity with cloud concepts such as containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud management platform
• Experience with cloud service provider
• Self-motivated, with keen attention to detail and excellent judgment skills.
• Ability to prioritize and drive to results with a high emphasis on quality.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT

• This position supports a federal government agency that requires a Background Investigation. The candidate must be able to clear the Background Investigation in order to commence work.
