Datawiz has a current opening for a Change Management (Salesforce Adoption) to support one of our largest Government clients located in Washington, DC. 

In this role, the Change Management (Salesforce Adoption) will manage and develop strategic roadmaps in change management, training, communications, organization design and governance, and modern solutions that enable industry-leading clients to meet and exceed their digitalization goals.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Initiate and maintain relationships with stakeholders, technology partners and users
  • Communicate effectively and act as a liaison between business and technology team
  • Identify project stakeholders, risks and benefits of alternate designs; document assumptions; assess project impact of system changes to users
  • Run communication and internal campaigns serving as a Project Manager
  • Support and coordinate appropriate training on Salesforce and other business applications to include but not limited to the following
    • Maintains applications training content and user guides ongoing and adjusts based on user needs
    • Virtual training, as needed
    • Document and provide user onboarding, as needed
  • Business Application Enhancements (existing and new deployments)
    • Identify gaps between trained usage vs actual usage to enhance training content accordingly
    • Identify and train best practices for productivity gains in workflow execution
    • Identify and train best practices for client and experience gains
    • Identify technology enhancement ideas and communicate to
    • Leveraging analytics and dashboards
