How You'll Make an Impact
As a Guest Experience Associate, you’ll be the face of Dash In, ensuring each guest leaves with a smile. Your role includes:
- Stocking and Displaying items up to seven feet high (no gym membership needed here!)
- Maintaining Store Cleanliness from mopping to restroom upkeep
- Handling Cash Transactions with accuracy and reliability
- Delivering a Guest-First Experience as the first and last person our guests see
What We’re Looking For
- High School Diploma or GED (or willingness to complete our company-paid GED program)
- 1 year of retail customer service experience (preferred)
- Ability to work days, nights, overnights, and weekends
- Authorized to work in the U.S. and 18+ years of age
- Successful completion of background check and drug screening
Ideal Candidates Will Also Have:
- ServSafe certification or similar
- Comfort with POS software and tech-savviness
- Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills
