We're Searching for an Assistant Manager Extraordinaire 

Do you have a passion for food and a knack for leadership? If so, Dash In is looking for you! We're seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team, offering an enticing starting rate of $21.50 per hour, plus a $1 per hour premium for those late-night superhero shifts!

As an Assistant Manager, your role is vital in ensuring profitable store sales growth and creating an extraordinary guest experience. You'll be the leader when the Store Manager is away, making sure everything runs smoothly.


How You’ll Make an Impact:

Operational Excellence: You'll ensure the store runs like a well-oiled machine, managing the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and maintaining merchandise in-stocks.


Team Dynamo: Building a strong and diverse team will be your superpower. You'll recruit the best candidates, lead robust training programs, and provide guidance and support to your team.


Financial Navigator: You'll keep a close eye on the store's financial performance, from revenue to expenses, and guide the ship in the right direction.


Tech Guru: From point-of-sale systems to other software, you'll be tech-savvy, ensuring efficient business operations and effective communication.


What We’re Looking For:

- You're a natural leader, motivating and managing teams with ease through your 2+ years of supervisory or management experience (food service or retail experience preferred).

- A high school diploma is the starting point, but an associate's or bachelor's degree is like finding hidden treasure!

- Customer service is your secret weapon – you resolve issues and leave customers smiling.

- Juggling multiple tasks and priorities? No sweat.

- Communication is your forte, whether it's with employees, customers, vendors, or management.

- You have experience in inventory management, financial analysis, sales, and marketing.
