Jr Call Center System Administrator

About the Role:
We’re looking for a Junior Call Center Systems Administrator to join our team and support the technology that powers our high-volume call center operations. In this role, you’ll work with Five9, Salesforce, and other UCaaS systems to help optimize call flows, campaigns, and integrations that keep our customer service operations running smoothly.
This is a great opportunity for someone with 1–2 years of experience supporting or administering call center systems who’s ready to expand their technical skills and grow their career in systems administration.
Schedule: Full-time | Afternoon/Evening Shift (1–9 PM) | Onsite
What You’ll Do
- Administer and configure Five9 platforms and integrations with Salesforce.
- Maintain and update IVRs, queues, campaigns, SMS/chat, and dialing strategies.
- Troubleshoot system and agent issues, escalating to senior admins/vendors when needed.
- Monitor and optimize call pacing and campaign performance in real time.
- Provision users, phone numbers, and messaging flows.
- Contribute to projects that improve automation, integrations, and efficiency.
- Document SOPs and training materials.
What We’re Looking For
- 1–2 years of experience supporting/administering call center systems (preferably Five9 or other CCaaS/UCaaS).
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s in IT/related field, or equivalent experience.
- Hands-on experience with IVR configuration, call routing, and dialer/list management.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
