Compensation & Schedule
● Compensation: $25.00-$27.00 per hour + Bonus
● Location: Austin, TX (Full-time, On-site)
● Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm (with opportunity for overtime)
Our Ideal Candidate
● Experienced: 2–4 years of proven success in high-volume recruiting (corporate or agency), ideally with exposure to upper leadership roles.
● Influential: Confident in leading conversations with executives and hiring managers, challenging assumptions, and shaping recruiting decisions.
● Adaptable: Skilled at balancing multiple priorities and adapting quickly without losing sight of long-term goals.
What the Role Requires
● Own the full recruiting process from writing attention-grabbing postings to closing candidates and ensuring a strong start on day one.
● Partner directly with hiring managers and senior leaders to align recruiting strategies with business objectives.
● Act as a consultant and subject matter expert, advising leaders on market trends, compensation, and talent availability.
● Build and maintain proactive sourcing pipelines on LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and beyond.
● Drive results in a high-volume environment, you’re measured by impact, and you deliver.
● Contribute to weekly leadership meetings, offering insights and strategies to elevate hiring outcomes across the company.
● Collaborate with teammates to hit aggressive hiring targets that directly impact DaBella’s growth trajectory.
