About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to manage daily administrative operations and serve as the first point of contact for visitors. This role plays a key part in maintaining organization across departments, ensuring smooth communication, and supporting project operations. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess excellent communication skills, and have a strong sense of ownership over tasks and timelines.

Location: On-site, Minneapolis, Minnesota
Employment Type: Full-Time, Monday - Friday

Compensation: $22-24/hr                                                              

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage front desk operations, greeting and assisting all visitors with professionalism and a customer-first attitude
  • Maintain monthly supply orders and monitor inventory levels
  • Provide administrative backup and support to other markets when needed
  • Participate in ongoing Administrative Assistant training and leadership development programs
  • Assist with coordination of vendor services, maintenance requests, and building or property-related issues
  • Communicate with tenants, vendors, and contractors to ensure timely resolution of property needs

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, email, fax, and multi-line phone systems
  • Strong ability to multitask across multiple software platforms and screens
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and able to complete assigned tasks with minimal supervision
  • Prior property management experience highly preferre

Physical & Work Requirements:

  • Ability to lift 15–20 lbs. as needed
  • Ability to sit for extended periods (8–10 hours) at a computer workstation
