The Pay-
- We’ll get you started with $1,750 for the 2-week training period, and a sign-on bonus paid out over 12 weeks following graduation.
- Expected first-year earnings of $70,000-$90,000
- Top performers earn $150k+ annually

The Role-
- WARM LEADS – while this is a closing role only, self-gens are both encouraged and rewarded!
- Discover customer needs and wants, pitch home-improvement solutions.
- Total ownership of your income with uncapped bonus opportunities.
- Rapid career growth plans through our top shelf Sales Manager and General Manager in Training programs.
- Ongoing mentorship from our Sales Leaders because if our company is growing, you should be too.
Additional Requirements –
- Availability Monday through Saturday.
- Valid driver’s license, personal auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
- Willing to travel within designated sales territory.
- Working cell phone with data.
