Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $20.00 – $22.00 per hour

What You'll Do:
As a ENTRY LEVEL - Product Specialist, you’ll play a key role in keeping our projects on track, on time, and up to DaBella’s high-quality standards. You’ll manage project details across various product lines and markets, helping us stay efficient, accurate, and customer-focused every step of the way.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate daily with vendors, subcontractors, and sales teams to drive multiple projects forward
- Ensure job deadlines, logistics, and quality expectations are consistently met
- Coordinate accurate and timely product orders to hit monthly install goals
- Partner with Office Managers and Installers to resolve challenges quickly and effectively
- Review contracts and create Material & Labor ATPs for accurate ordering
- Audit subcontractor invoicing to ensure correct and timely payments
- Track project progress through the full life-cycle using our customer service database
- Manage contractor back charges and commission adjustments as project changes occur
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or related field preferred (PMP or PRINCE2 certification a plus!)
- Strong background in operations or project management
- Effective leadership and communication skills to influence across teams
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with frequent multitasking
- Tech-savvy and confident navigating Microsoft Office and digital platforms
