What You’ll Do
- Own the engine. Lead all marketing and call center operations that power DaBella’s growth — from outbound dialer systems like Five9 and Convoso to digital, brand, and performance channels.
- Drive leads at scale. Deliver omni-channel strategies that generate high-quality leads at the lowest cost per lead in the industry.
- Build smarter systems. Leverage cloud-based data platforms like AWS, Salesforce, and Google Analytics to track, automate, and optimize every campaign.
- Lead through impact. Partner with the CEO, CFO, and Chief Market Development Officer to align strategy, spend, and speed across the organization.
- Inspire the team. Build and lead a marketing and call center organization that thrives under pressure, delivers results, and lives our values: Lead, Care, Grow.

Your Toolbox
- Experience leading call centers or performance marketing teams at scale.
- Familiarity with dialer systems (Five9, Convoso), CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot), and cloud-based data systems (AWS, Snowflake, or Google Cloud).
- Data-driven mindset with proven experience in optimizing lead generation cost, volume, and quality.
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
- Home improvement, home services, or residential retail experience = huge plus.
